You have been involved in the design and printing process every step of the way. You would have received & approved the final proof. It is okay to change your mind and your design up until the final proof.

We will try our very best to give you a product which exceeds your expectations in quality and finish. But since each product is unique and customised, we want to make sure that both you and Third Trio are covered in case of a disagreement.

But sometimes if things don't work out

• Item must be returned within 3 days after the buyer receives it
• Refund will be given as an exchange
• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs

• In Instances where you have brought your own garment, please note that Third Trio cannot be held responsible for the garment in a case of exchange or refund but could provide you with a refund of printing charges subject to regulations listed by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission

• All garments used by Third Trio has been tested under extreme heat and is guaranteed to hold the print, if you bring your own, it is not been previously tested & hence Third Trio cannot guarantee how it reacts under heat.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.
